The aerial arts are a sure way to build stability and strength!
Have a blast as you challenge yourself both mentally and physically. We will be building core and upper body strength…and flipping upside down and sideways while we’re at it!
During these lessons, we will safely enter beautiful poses and impressive holds. We will climb high, and stretch our limits. These classes are recommended in tandem with another stretching, strengthening class like yoga. Classes will include a warmup and cool down, and aiding one another with learning to be peer spotters.
